New Uneek O2 from Keen for the summer 2016

The versatile, lightweight, and closed-heel UNEEK O2 brings diversity to the UNEEK collection line-up. With an open construction, the UNEEK O2 is infused with KEEN’s DNA of durability and comfort, and offers versatility for tackling any adventure.

UNEEK O2 is one of a kind. Originally designed off a minimalist concept, this modern take on a shoe offers a fresh alternative to traditional footwear. For summer 2016 KEEN expands its Open Air Footwear category by taking the two-cord upper and pairing it with an enclosed heel panel for maximum comfort and adaptability – turning this innovative sandal design into a multi-season shoe that can be worn almost all year round. Even if the weather does not always cooperate UNEEK sandal fans now have more options for expression.



The new UNEEK O2 feels as light as air and is 25% lighter than its predecessor. It uses free-moving nylon cords that form to the shape of the foot for a glove-like fit. The lightweight hybrid footwear contains a quick-drying Lycra lining to wick moisture from the skin and allow for stretch. An anatomical EVA footbed allows for great cushioning. All these features sit on an O2 Foam mid- and outsole, with rubber pods in high abrasion areas to minimize weight and maximize comfort for endless traveling.

The light, sleek UNEEK O2 shoe will be available in a variety of colors for men, women, and kids.
