Coffee. Many people cannot start their day without it. It turns out that it (coffee) is able to "put on their feet," not only us, but also our hair. Coffee grounds are perfect for not only the beauty treatments or in the fight against cellulite. You can also use them to dye ... and strengthen your hair! Coffee adds your hair shine, it smoothes them and cleans. They become light and soft to the touch. In addition, caffeine strengthens and stimulates the follicles, so hair grow faster and become denser.
Colouring hair coffee rinse:
4 heaping teaspoons of finely ground coffee
250 ml boiling water
1 litre of warm water
Brew coffee and cool it down. Strain it - preferably using filter. Otherwise you will have to rinse hair after the treatment much longer. Add litre of tepid water to a brew. The brew prepared this way can be used to soak thoroughly cleaned hair – washed with natural shampoo without silicones and SLS. After 15 minutes of soaking hair in the infusion, rinse them thoroughly with lukewarm water. If we want to significantly darken the hair and at the same time strengthen them - use lotion every 2 days.
Another way to darken the hair using coffee is to make a coffee conditioner. Add to your favourite hair conditioner or to a crushed avocado, a cup of strong espresso (it can be prepared in a coffeemaker or by brewing 3 teaspoons of coffee in a small cup of water and filtering it after 15 minutes) and 1 teaspoon of instant coffee. A similar result can be achieved by mixing coffee with a mashed banana. In order to make the mixture more effective, add a teaspoon of your favourite essential oil (e.g. argan or coconut) to it. You can put a conditioner prepared in this way on your hair, wrap it with foil and leave it on the hair for 30-60 minutes. After this time, carefully rinse it with water, then – use a litre of water with a tablespoon of apple vinegar.
