A few words about the bread

We eat it every day. But how much do we know about it? Sometimes a little especially children. It is the most difficult to explain them how to make bread. If you would like to return to childhood years for a while, and at the same time to show your children the devices, which are almost unlikely to be seen anywhere else we encourage you to visit the Museum of Bread in Radzionków.

The Museum of Bread is absolutely an amazing place. It is here where everyone can prepare a baking with his/her own fair hands. Here you will learn everything about the history of bread, the traditions associated with it, the production process or why the bread must be respected.

There are a few thousand exhibits in several rooms of the museum from large machines for the production of bread dough, the small rolling pin or machines for making candy. The museum is open from Monday to Friday: 8.00 a.m. – 04.00 p.m. Ticket price – 13 zł. Last admission to the museum for individuals at 2.30p.m.. In 2014, the visiting on Saturdays is possible from : 12: 00 a.m. – 04: 00 p.m. - on Aug. 2-nd, Sept. 6-th, Oct. 4-th and Nov. 8-th.
