Twinrider – the first „sitting“ snowboard

Twinrider is the revolutionary snowboard which let the physically disabled overcome their barriers. In this case they can use it sitting!
This is the first snowboard in the world that let the full control over the edges and slipping. In its construction Ginie van der Werf received help from the paralympic athlete and snowboarder – Tyler Mosher. Although the idea was created in 2010, only after many trials and mistakes he managed to produce a snowboard destined for the people with reduced mobility.
Today, there are available models for adults and children enabling free and independent ride as well as learning activities in the controlled conditions.
