We have only a month until the holiday – it is high time to work on the silhouette and good condition. The active style of life for many is still a challenge. We are busy and tired and sometimes instead of activity we find excuses not to do anything.

The most important is to find a proper physical activity. A kind of activity that pleases us. Only then it is easier to find time for it. If you like for example fitness – you don’t have to immediately go to the fitness club. You can successfully work out at home, in the garden or on the terrace.

The Eurobarometr’s research shows that every third Polish do exercises regularly – 1/3 at home, 1/3 outside and 9% in the fitness clubs. The advantage of fitness club is the possibility of doing exercises with a professional. We are certain then that the exercises are done correctly. However, not everyone has time and means to do so.

Doing exercises in our own house is driven by time saving – we do not waste tens of minutes to get to the club and go back. Except for that, we work out when we want to, we can change the day and hour. Additionally – we do exercises in our own pace, no one disturbs us and we don’t have to feel ashamed.

In order to work out at home, it is worth buying a sports costume and a basic equipment:
▪ Mat for exercises – from 20 to 300 zl
▪ Dumbbells – from 15 zl and more
▪ Skipping rope – from 8 to 100 zl

Mat for exercises – is a basic part of the equipment without which we cannot even begin working out. The mat protects our body from abrasions and contusions, that is why it is worth not saving on it! The mats are most often made of neoprene. They are in two sizes 200x100 and 200x120 and in different thickness: from 5 to 7 millimeters.

Dumbbells – are used for almost every fitness exercises. With a properly adjusted training with dumbbells we can train our muscles perfectly. For women who begin their fitness journey, it is recommended to work out with 1 kg dumbbells, and to increase their weight gradually.

Jumping rope – who doesn’t remember it from the childhood? Now a skipping rope is an easy and cheap way to vary our training. By skipping on a skipping rope we increase our efficiency, balance, condition and motor coordination. The regular exercise on a skipping rope influences perfectly the whole body.
