Cistus (rockrose) is not only an inconspicious tea for children, but most of all - herb that has many healthy properties. It contains polyphenols, known for their anti-inflammatory and anti-virus properties, they fight diseases of the upper respiratory tract, bacteria and fungi. Just add hot water and drink it regularly, and you will fall in love with the rockrose!

Cistus owes its popularity thanks to high content of polyphenols - powerful antioxidants. It is them that such an inconspicuous herb can stop the time! They can neutralize enzymes responsible for the collagen decomposition, thus cistus can make the aging process slower. Cistus is extremely effective in helping in the treatment of fungal infection, acne, psoriasis, herpes virus, zoster, or dandruff. In a similar way it can help with Lyme disease. The herb binds heavy metals, including cadmium and it detoxifies the body. Cistus infusion can also be used instead of a mouthwash. Research made by scientists from Freiburg have shown that gargling with such an infusion significantly reduces the amount of bacteria.
