Fashion for physical activity? From year to year the activity becomes more and more popular. More and more people want to live consciously and healthily. They do not want to just live their life, they want to enjoy it.
Those interested in activity, pay more attention to what they eat. We, the Poles are increasingly going out, being aware of how much in our life activity is necessary.
Home can be the origin of the activity
Active parents mean active children. If adults practice sport regularly - there is a chance that their children will also want to live actively. Look for an interesting activity for you and your child. This way you will have the opportunity to spend time pleasantly and usefully.
Diet + activity in the struggle for health
Healthy nutrition should be only used to as a supplement to our daily diet. Activity should be its main element. It is activity that helps us in the fight against unnecessary kilos. Physical activity should be a top priority for all middle-aged people. Thats when our metabolism becomes slower, and hence –it is more difficult for us to lose extra kilos. The activity is also helpful in the fight against multiple lifestyle diseases such as diabetes. The risk of developing type 2 diabetes is reduced to 50% as far as people who practise actively are concerned.
Active means happy
Active people feel much better mentally. No wonder. Physical activity gives us pleasure. In fact, while practising sports, endorphins are being produced. The most important thing is to choose the right physical activity to your health and taste. Do not let us do anything by force and against us. First of all lets do it for ourselves!
